Fix completely broken knewstuff-dialog and API feature to show specific entry

- The help texts about the providerId in the URL were wrong
- The URL parsing did not work with the previus providerIds due to
  slashed being contained
- Initially, the providers were not loaded when the entry was supposed
  to be loaded
- Accessing the model indices did not help when the entry is not
  loaded
