Eliminate the remaining uses of KDELibs4Support

Also of some obsolete Qt functions and KDE classes.

The find_package(KF5 ... KDElibs4Support ...) needs to remain in
CMakeLists.txt for the moment, because that provides the CMake modules
for PulseAudio and GLIB2.
