Convert KMixD KDED module to JSON metadata 

Avoids the "kded module ... still uses .desktop files" warning.

Registers with the standard DBus path ("/modules/kmixd"
instead of "/modules/kded_kmixd").

Improves the display in "kcmshell5 kcmkded".
