PulseAudio: Do not watch for or act on Solid hotplugging

PulseAudio handles hotplugging itself.  Also acting on the Solid
events results in an unwanted instance of the ALSA driver being
created for a hotplugged device (because Solid watches ALSA anyway
via PulseAudio's ALSA emulation).
