Final porting to categorized logging

- define the logging category using the ECM macro and bump the required
  dependencies (Frameworks/ECM 5.14 for the macro itself, Qt 5.4 for the
  default category level);
- convert the really last leftovers of kDebug;
- remove endl at the end of qC* calls.
