MixDeviceWidget: Simplify the constructor calls

The 'parent' is always the same as the 'view', so only one is needed.

The 'pctl' can normally be obtained from the MixDevice;  only the
ViewDockAreaPopup needs a special one.  This is managed by the
MixDeviceWidget.
