Handle high-contrast mode in certificate categories configuration

If the high-contrast mode is active, then we do not use any colors for
displaying the certificate categories. But we take care that the
configured colors are preserved. (They can even be customized, even if
this is rather pointless, as long as the high-contrast mode is active.)
