Perform WKD lookup additionally to keyserver lookup

If the search string entered by the user looks like an email address,
i.e. if it contains an '@', then run a WKD lookup additionally to
the normal keyserver lookup. The actual key data returned by the WKD
lookup is imported when the user choses to import the key.
