Do not always enable crypt in notepad for de-vs

The intention was probably to disable the crypt
button when VS-NfD is requested but the backend
is not VS-NfD compliant. But the sideeffect
was that the commit button was always enabled
in the compliance mode and thus allowed invalid
operations.
