Run generic iCal extraction unconditionally in prior to extractors scripts

This allows extractors scripts to reuse the work done by the generic
extractor avoiding quite some duplication in the scripts. In order to
not produce generic events when not desired, we clean those up again
post extraction if no script augmented them.
