Add API for extractor scripts to run extraction on a new node sub-tree

This has several uses:
- Allow extraction of image-based mobile tickets as used e.g. by CD and
SNCB International.
- Support custom node expansion, as needed for the DB KCI flow.
- Possibly as a more powerful replacement to the specialized Barcode.* API.
