OverlaySheet: Snap popup position to logical pixels

Without perfect pixel-alignment, at least at 100% scale, background and
header bar and the content of an overlay sheet gets blurry or does not
fit side-to-side.

Also, let's use optional chaining and nullish coalescing operators some
more.
