Synchronize plugins.qmltypes

This seems to generate an up to date information on Kirigami types.
Type names like Action_QMLTYPE_33 or Page_QMLTYPE_90 seem to be
non-deterministic, and will change on every run, unfortunately.

No idea though why it had to drop all the dependencies and include
things like a whole QQuickItem type definition.
