DefaultChipBackground improvements

- fixed the property's usage contradicting their name (`checkedBorderColor`, `pressedBorderColor`)
- converted ternary statement into a code block (`color` and `border.color` properties)
- add ``showPressFeedback`` property to enable/disable visual feedback on press events (same as ``AbstractCard``'s ``showClickFeedback`` but with a better name)
