{Abstract,Swipe}ListItem: Port implicit sizing to newer QQC2 properties

According to a brief investigation outlined in
qqc2-desktop-style!312 (comment 785722)
bindings for implicit size may not be re-evaluated even when
contentItem has really changed. The other pair of signals for
implicitContentWidth/implicitContentHeight is emitted and propagates
regardless though.
