Archive: Port away from KDELibs4Support

Do not install library namelink, as suggested by Jonathan Riddell.

Also make the library SOVERSION (introduced in 785d85f3) match the major
version, for consistency.  It doesn't for libkonq, but then that was a
bad example to use.
