Implement RFC5162 - QRESYNC extension 

This feature introduces support for
* QRESYNC parameter to the SELECT command
* VANISHED UID FETCH modifier
* VANISHED response and HIGHESTMODSEQ response code to EXPUNGE command
* HIGHESTMODSEQ response code to CLOSE command
