Make #include <kimaptest/faskserver.h> work with KF6

Since the /usr/include/KF*/ dir isn't added to every target include
directories by ECM for KF6, including kimaptest/fakeserver.h doesn't work.

The alternative would be to install the header in
/usr/include/KF*/KIMAP/kimaptest/.
