lib: replace deprecated methods

- authorizeKAction -> authorizeAction

  This is a little strange, since the calls name action "shell_access"
  which is **explicitly** mentioned as an example where you would call
  authorize(), not the action-variant. But that is pre-existing weirdness,
  not something caused by authorizeKAction being deprecated.
