[metalink] Don't duplicate slash

Removing the filename from an Url always results in an Url with a
trailing slash. So it makes no sense to append another one.

The duplicated slash somehow caused downloads to stay in "Downloading"
state forever when the metalink plugin was used, now the download
finishes correctly.
