Don't set drop indicator window state to sticky

Enabling the 'Sticky' property of the indicator means it can't be moved by dragging

That doesn't have much to do with the Net::Sticky window state though

That is about keeping the position while scrolling in 'large desktops', which is a concept KWin doesn't even implement
