[CMake] Remove several leftover references to KF5

The explicit "5" is fairly redundant, as CMake already spells out
the full target name including the version:

> KF6Archive (required version >= 6.0.0), KDE Frameworks 5: Archive
> Framework, <https://download.kde.org/stable/frameworks/>

Remove it, people will likely miss it again on the next major update.
