[TaglibExtractor] Adapt code to SMI changes for audio/x-wav -> /vnd.wave

Latest shared-mime-info uses the former alias audio/vnd.wave as the name
now, and made audio/x-wav the alias.

In case the actual type does not match check the aliases, as systems
with older SMI will have name and alias swapped.
