cmake: remove unused classes and their files

CMakeCommitChangesJob and CMakeEdit have been unused and not compiled
for many years now. They use obsolete API (haven't been ported) and
don't compile. Examples of unavailable API used in the removed files:
CMakeParserUtils
CMakeManager::addWatcher()
QUrl::upUrl()
IProject::itemsForUrl()
