Remove obsolete documentation for AbstractType::indexed()

8f253664 removed explicit support for
this == 0. Though calling indexed() on nullptr might still work as
expected in practice, calling a member function on a null pointer has
always been undefined behavior. The documentation certainly shouldn't
suggest triggering undefined behavior.
