applets/weather: Small code clean-ups

- Remove versions in imports
- Rename import alias `QtControls` to `QQC2`: This is more consistent
  with most of the code in the repo and the rest of plasma
- Clean-up unnecessary CPP includes
- Fix signal handler explicit argument
