applets/notes: add context menu action to remove formatting

Like the existing option "Delete" (deletes selected text), "Remove
Formatting" is only enabled when text is selected. It removes all
formatting from the selection but preserves line breaks.

The feature was deemed necessary as users have no other possibility
to remove hyperlinks and formatting caused by using the "Paste With
Formatting" feature.
