applets/weather: Improve tooltip default settings

Enable wind speed and humidity in the tooltip by default. Most online services
(Google, Bing, Accuweather, Weather Channel...) show them, so anyone who uses
those services expects them as well. It's also a good idea to enable them because
they don't present very technical information (unlike Pressure) and the tooltip
allows quick access to that information without requiring a click.
