wallpapers/potd: cleanup wallpapers when they go out of view

Wallpapers are transitioned in a StackView. We have to do the memory
management of pushed items ourselves.

onRemoved only fires when all transitions end, if you change the
provider quickly this can take some time giving the false
appearance of a memory leak.
