Delete unnecessary task switchers

As discussed in plasma-desktop#63,
these task switchers are strictly speaking worse than others. Let's
delete them to avoid overloading users with subpar choices.

IconTabBox.qml is also deleted as a standalone component and rolled into
the Large Icons task switcher, since now it's only used by that single
task switcher.
