Port desktop and window switchers away from deprecated api

KWin provides now better thumbnail integration, so the clipTo hack is
not needed anymore.

Previously, window thumbnails were drawn by kwin, clipTo was needed to
ensure that thumbnails don't stick outside list views, etc.
