Remove QTcpSocket support from ConnectionThread 

The server no longer even supports TCP connections, local sockets only.
TCP support was introduced to support Windows and other platforms where
local sockets did not work or were not supported by Qt. Qt 5 supports
local sockets on Windows, so this workaround is no longer needed.
