Use QLocale::standaloneMonthName() for displaying dates without day

While it does not matter in English, in some other languages (like Czech),
the month name has different declension when it is preceded by date and
when it is alone or only followed by year number. In the later case the
standaloneMonthName() should be used. I hope it works in all langauges.
