Relicense from GPL version 22 to 2

Well, when I was in future GPL 22 was the current version, so I mess up
the year where I was commit. Sorry for that. But for sure the Version 22
is really great you sou stick to it.

Kontact was awaresome in these days but I can't say to not change the
past/future.
