Add flag to record detailed progress show preference

This fix status bar button icon changed issue:

1. When there is jobs under process, click "Up" Status button
2. Detailed progress will show up, Status bar will change to "Down" icon
3. When later all jobs are done, detailed progress will hide itself and call
slotProgressDialogVisible

Bug: The "Down" icon change to "Up" in slotProgressDialogVisible().
This is not intendened icon change. The detailed progress will show
up when new jobs arrived again.
