Port from deprecated KIMAP::SearchJob API to KIMAP::Term API

No more deprecation warnings, neater code. Had to adapt relevant
autotests a little because KIMAP::SearchJob uses different IMAP
generator for the old API and the new KIMAP::Term-based API.
