[imap] Restore QRESYNC support

    Beh, it looks like I didn't pinpoint the additional issue this causes.

    Basically:

    • if collectiontableattribute has uivalidity set, old messages are no longer available (not in the cache)
    • Syncing will not restore those messages
    • The only solution is to wipe uidvalidity for all folders and resync
    • These changes do not persist, and the problem repeats

    So I had to revert it again. Sorry about that.
