Synchronize IMAP resource after kolab resource

Always synchronize the IMAP resources, that are monitored by
the kolab proxy resource, after the kolab proxy resource has
been synchronized. So new contacts/events/todos from the kolab
resource will be pushed on the IMAP server as soon as possible.
