Refactoring step 1 part 2:

New Bin widget handling project clips.
Added JobManager to handle clip jobs
Cleanup loading of clips in a project
Start deprecating DocClipBase, currently causing many crashes in timeline
Many features (thumbnails, clip jobs, speed effect, markers, ... )are
broken but should be fixable without too much trouble.
