Now Kdenilve finds the NVENC HW. Timeline playback: it still uses the 3D part instead of the Video-Decoder part of my GTX1650. It seems NVENC H265 get not proper detected.

Hardware encoding in Kdenlive is only used for transcoding (proxy, rendering and timeline preview). Currently not used for playback. This will only be possible when we implement Movit, that brings GPU for effects, compositions, normalizers, etc
