    Today build for Windows is failing.. no idea if this is related to this 06:37:11 ERROR: cannot verify mirror.kumi.systems's certificate, issued by 'CN=R3,O=Let\'s Encrypt,C=US':

    I don't think rearranging effects categories can have an impact on building. At the worse you can find your effects moved in other folders than the one who wrote the file would expect. It was caused by a Craft issue that was solved this morning after the build failed.

    @bartoloni Thanks for the info. This is because a new LADSPA effect was added in craft (voice noise remover audio plugin). @vpinon is aware of it.

    You can read more on the net about letsencrypt certificate relying on root CA expiring on 2021/10/1. Hannah (maintaining craft) tried to fix that updating cacert and wget packages, but it seems there is still a problem. The failure is not linked with our work on effects.
