Fix encoding of sv animals.kvtml file

Done with the following command:

iconv -f iso-8859-1 -t UTF-8 data/kvtml/sv/animals.kvtml > animals.kvtml
mv animals.kvtml data/kvtml/sv/animals.kvtml
