Remove Alpha channel from detached toolbars. 

Use Mask instead.
Render anti-aliased corners in the shadows passed to kwin.
This is similar to what is done for detached Dock Widgets.
Changed margins for detached toolbars; cleanup widget type detection in shadowHelper.
