Initial port to KF5

All modules compile, with the exceptions of kmtrace which still
depends on Q3Support; therefore the changes for it have been done
without compilation testing.
The port has been started using the porting scripts from kde-dev-scripts
and a lot of fine-tuning, especially when KParts are involved.

- KUIViewer starts and shows the UI.
- KPartLoader starts and can load the specified KPart.
- the header from kprofilemethod is installed, but it has not been
  throughly tested in a real program.
- KStartPerf compiles but it has not been tested.
