Install executables unversioned & provide compat symlinks

Considering that Plasma 5/6 will not be co-installable it does not make sense to have
versioned executables.

ktraderclient will disappear in KF6 and kcmshell should be moved to kcmutils.
Consequently those haven't been changed.
