kcmshell: Allow loading KCMs using plugin path

This way one is not forced to go through the deprecated KServiceTypeTrader codepath.

KCMs that do not use KServiceTypeTrader anymore can be loaded. For example a KMail
KCM one wants to test, which gets usually loaded in the KMail settings or Kontact settings.
