KPluginFactory: Remove lots of macros that were only used internally

If one were to define a custom factory (as done in KKTextEditor), it is simpler to
define the class oneself, because all this macro logic makes it more fragile.

Consequently we can clean up the public namespace and only have one internal macro
which generates the entire plugin factory
