KFileSystem: consider non-block FUSE devices as NFS (remote FS) 

Prior to change !255, Fuse was defined as NFS for years. 

Now we better recognize fuse, make devices that are non-block in the opinion of `udev` considered NFS here (so that in KIO it is considered as `isSlow()`).
