Remove KAboutPerson::ocsProviderUrl

In Kirigami, we hardcode store.kde.org, because this has no associated QPROPERTY.
Also, we do not read it from the JSON. This means that JSON users are forced to use
the KDE Store URL.

Those flaws and the missing usages make it sensible to be removed.
