KCMultidialog: Expose method to show non-defaults indicators

Make the "highlight non-defaults indicators" functionallity
of the KCMs also available to applications that use KCMultialog
to display their settings.

This include regular applications, the icon view in System
Settings and kcmshell.

Of course showing the indicators is opt-in.
